TradingGecko - Public Documentation

Public documentation for TradingGecko strategy operations, access paths, local-agent setup, and important limitations.

Documentation

Public-facing documentation for TradingGecko.

Start with the product concepts, access paths, and important limitations that a customer, partner, or community member can safely read.

Customer setup

Account, downloads, installation, and community access in one path.

These guides match the links shown inside the authenticated customer resources panel. They keep hosted account access, Stripe billing, paid access, and local trading runtime boundaries separate.

Account access

TradingGecko account quickstart

Create an app-owned account, complete onboarding, review your profile, and confirm your active subscription, license, and access state in Account Settings.

  1. 1Sign up or sign in through the product app.
  2. 2Open Account Settings to review profile, subscription, license, invoices, downloads, guides, and community access.
  3. 3Use Stripe checkout or billing portal links only when the app shows an active, configured payment path.
  4. 4Keep support and billing questions tied to verified account and Stripe records.

Local runtime

Gecko Local Agent installation

Install Gecko Local Agent from the entitled download area when it is available. Hosted TradingGecko does not collect exchange secrets or proxy live exchange orders.

  1. 1Download Gecko Local Agent from Account Settings after entitlement and release URL checks pass.
  2. 2Install the local runtime on the machine that owns your exchange credentials.
  3. 3Pair the local agent with TradingGecko using the documented local runtime flow, then verify inventory and status before paper or live-capable workflows.
  4. 4Treat exchange credentials, live trading, and real capital changes as local/governed runtime actions, not hosted app actions.
